FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: one should apply lasercoagulants onto iridal pupil's edge. Anterior capsulotomy is carried out. Lensectomy is fulfilled through flat part of ciliary body due to preliminary removal of cut anterior lenticular capsule through corneal paracentesis. Subtotal vitrectomy is conducted. Vitreal cavity is tamponed. Linear laser retinotomy is performed. Foreign body is removed. Fragment of 3 mm is cut out of anterior capsule and placed onto retinal rupture. It should be fixed to retina with the help of endolaser. IOL should be implanted. The present innovation enables to decrease the risk for development of retinal detachment after removal of fragments localized under retina. EFFECT: higher efficiency of filling. 4 cl
