FIELD: hydraulic engineering; applicable in development and operation of oil and gas fields in flooded zones. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of capped supporting piles buried to rated depth and located, at least, in two paired symmetrical rows. Installed on supporting piles at preset height are supports on which raft foundations are mounted in form of box-like blocks which are transported to mounting site with plates of their upper bases separated. Box-like blocks are installed on prepared pile cluster. Installed on box-like blocks on mounting site are plates of upper bases cantileved from two sides above said blocks and joined to one another with their side and end faces. Then, joints are embedded and seams concrete. In so doing, in planned place, platform is made by joining of, at least, two box-like blocks with formation of auxiliary aperture and providing the elevated roads to said platform. Installed on external sides of elevated road and said platform are guarding structured and sealed edgings to preclude spreading of industrial-rain sewage water beyond limits of substructure. Pile cluster is prepared in winter time. Supporting piles and supports are made of reinforced concrete or metal. EFFECT: reduced labor input and costs of construction, increased operation and functional potentialities, higher reliability and safety with preservation of environment. 13 cl, 5 dwg
