Method whereby a cost function is formed dependent on estimation values for all unknown parameters, the cost function is partially-differentiated and a vector matrix equation is formed based on the idea that all partial differentials are zero when the cost function is a minimum. The matrix elements of the matrix equation are calculated using a fast Hadamard transformation. The invention also relates to a corresponding computer program for implementation of the method.
