The composition for sealing buildings and building parts contains (parts by wt.): (1) epoxide resin of bisphenol A or F type (0.5-0); (2) fillers (0.1-1.0); (3) polystyrene beads (0-1.0); (4) cement containing binder (5-20); (5) conventional additives (0.1-5); (6) water (2-10); (7) plasticizer (0-5); and (8) vinyl- or acrylic based polymer dispersion (10-50).
