The bearing has a first bearing bore (9) closed by a first screw cap (17) which interacts with a first thread (21) and on which the first bearing (13) is axially supported. For fitting the bolt bearing the first screw cap can be screwed adjustably on the first thread so that a predetermined friction moment is set between the bearing elements (2, 5) and/or a predetermined relative position between the bearing elements is set in the axial direction (6) of the bearing pivots (11, 12). Independent claim describes method for fitting bolt bearing by screwing first screw cap until the two bearing elements are relatively spaced fro each other.
