The method involves transmitting data packets (DP1-4) serially in succession via the Internet Protocol network (IPDN) arm and with the aid of a time slice multiple access method from the base stations (BTS1-4) via a radio network. Delay times and data packets for transmission are allocated to base stations. The delay times are determined in accordance with the data packet time durations.
