Method for carrying out an e-mail campaign in which a web page is provided and personalized e-mails sent to a group of addressees (A) or selected customers with a request to download the said web page. The e-mail has link to the said web page and an additional query part that corresponds to a property of the addressee. As soon as the addressee downloads the web page to his computer (5) the server (2) recognizes the query part so that access data relating to the addressee can be stored with information about the property of the addressee.
