The shear connector has a centering bush fitted on an anchor shank (12). The centering bush (20) has an external circumferential surface (28) widening axially in one direction and is therefore conical. The centering bush is deformable and consists of plastic. The shear connector has a shear force sleeve (40) seated on the anchor shank. The shear connector has a washer (22) and a pivot bearing (36,38) by which the washer is supported to pivot axially in all directions.
