The hand gymnastic ball has a hollow ball structure (10) in two halves (11,12) and a number of strengthening supports (115,123) which stretch from the inside of the ball from both halves and has a cross-shaped support (20) between the supports. Four half cross-shaped recesses (111,121) have a number of positioning tubes (112,122) near and connect the two halves together. In the ball of the ball are a number of recesses (113,114) on the lower edge.
