Electro-smog trapper comprises a CD or DVD disk with a spiral electromagnetic coil deposited on its surface in the form of uninterrupted grooving, gap or lane that is machined into the surface of a metal, aluminum, silver or gold coating. The inventive grooving results in electrical insulation in the metal layer between adjoining helices.
