The grain mill has a drive motor for a drive shaft (24) which supports a rotating grinding stone (36). The drive shaft engages by a coupling end (26) through an opening (38) in the grinding stone whereby the wall of the opening adjoins this coupling end. The opening is spanned by at least one intermediate disc (34) which rests on the surface of the grinding stone and has a screw element (32) passing through. The screw element is preferably a pin screw.
