In addition to the receivers the filter comprises two delays, each generating output delays with a first bit width. There are signless multiplicators, whose input signal is an approximation of the two output delays such that the approximation bit width is less than the first one. An adder forms an output signal as a sum of the input audio signal, the first delay output signal, a first signless coefft. multiplied by the first approximated delay, and a second signless coefft. multiplied by the second approximated delay. The output signal of the first delay is shifted to be multiplied by two, representing the output signal of the second delay. ADVANTAGE - Reduced magnitude of multiplication coefft. for improved frequency triggering.
