The loading system consists of a conveyor belt tensioned on rollers by loops and buckles and equipped with loops of metal or other material to receive a metal rod passed through rings fastened to a baking sheet. The baking sheet and dough shapes are prepared on a board of plywood or other material, fitted with guides, and after fitting the metal rod in position the board is removed. The loading system consists of a conveyor belt (2) tensioned on rollers (4, 5) by loops and buckles (11) and equipped with loops (6) of metal or other material to receive a metal rod (12) passed through rings (7) fastened to a baking sheet (3). The baking sheet and dough shapes are prepared on a board (17) of plywood or other material, fitted with guides (18), and after fitting the metal rod (12) in position the board is removed. On the manipulating side a loop (9) is attached to the conveyor belt (2) and the belt is tensioned by means of buckles (11) and straps (10). A bar (8) inserted through the loop (9) allows the belt to be stopped in the required position when loaded into the oven, and is also used for withdrawing it.
