Preparation of a culture of porcine mastocytes (A) by growing porcine stem cells, from fetal liver or bone marrow, in a medium containing at least 0.2 ng/ml porcine interleukin 3 and at least 8 ng/ml of porcine stem cell factor. An Independent claim is also included for cultures of (A) prepared this way.
