The anti-vibration support comprises an elastomer body, which connects interior and exterior armatures, and which delimit a hydraulic work chamber (A). The support also comprises a decoupling valve comprising an elastomer membrane (29) mounted between two grilles (20,21). One of the grilles communicates with the work chamber whilst the other communicates with a channel (D) which passes along the inside of the exterior armature and discharges in a compensation chamber (B).
