PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device and program capable of managing food information constituting a food, easily revising the food information when revision of a display method is needed by revision of a law or public rule related to food, and printing the revised food display information in a display area.;SOLUTION: This food information display system for displaying constituting materials of the food comprises a food information storage means for storing food information; a constituting material storage means for storing the constituting materials of the food; and a rule storage means for storing the display method of the food. This system further comprises an input means for inputting the food information; an extraction/registration means for making a food storage means store the food information; a constituting material extraction means for extracting constituting materials from the food information and extracting these constituting materials from the constituting material storage means; and a control means for extracting a method related to the food information from the rule storage means, and combining the constituting materials based on a rule to form display information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
