PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track an abnormality in a packaging system and to inspect the relation between an abnormality and a work or the cause of an abnormality easily.;SOLUTION: Work data is recorded with regard to a work possibly related to generation of abnormality, and abnormality data is recorded upon occurrence of an abnormality in the packaging system. After the work data and the abnormality data are stored, the work data and the abnormality data are read out, such a data as being estimated to have a relation with each abnormality data is extracted and then information for searching the cause of abnormality and taking a countermeasure against the abnormality is obtained based these data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
