PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personality characteristic evaluation system etc., that can represent a personality with a voice artificially synthesized by a computer and give individuality to a computer system such as an automatic dialogue system and a robot.;SOLUTION: The personality characteristic evaluation system comprises: an input means 17 wherein an evaluation index regarding the speaking impression of a speaker 11 is described in the form of basic scores; an evaluation score calculation part (step S12) that calculates evaluation scores regarding the impression degrees of the speaker, preferably, "the degree of company preference", "the degree of communication preference", and "the degree of willful family" on the basis of the basic scores obtained by the input means; and a determination part (step S12) that determines personality characteristics of the speaker according to the balance among evaluation scores regarding the "the degree of company preference", "the degree of communication preference", and "the degree of willful family".;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
