PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of creating application programs for a simple balance, a scale and other gravimeters, a gravimeter capable of verifying whether or not applications are based on rules and executing the application programs based on the rules, software and a total system.;SOLUTION: This gravimeter has an execution and communication link 53 of the application program 58 for the gravimeter 12.
