PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail transfer system with improved security, and with improved usability by translating a FROM address, i.e., an address of an origin of transmission.;SOLUTION: The system comprises an intra-company server having a first storage part of a destination person of an e-mail, a relay server for storing the e-mail transferred from the intra-company server into a second storage part of the destination person, and a portable terminal owned by the destination person.
