PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost article search device capable of easily searching a lost article.;SOLUTION: This lost article search device is provided with a terminal set place storage means prestoring a terminal number specifying a tag read terminal linked with information of a place where the tag read terminal is installed, an inquiry receiving means receiving a lost article inquiry message including the tag identification number from a user, a terminal specification means specifying the tag read terminal detecting the tag recording the tag identification number including the lost article inquiry message, and a place information transmitting means reading the information of the place where the tag read terminal specified by the terminal specification means is installed by the terminal installation place storage means and transmitting the information of the place to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
