PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety use of a Western flush toilet bowl and a Western flush toilet bowl for care installed in a living room or the like by eliminating care for an overflow of sewage seen in an existing Western flush toilet bowl, holding sewage in the toilet bowl via overflow pipe mounting on a toilet bowl body, and preventing damage from an overflow of sewage; and prevent generation of a malodor and lead sewage overflowing a toilet seat to a sewage pipe via an overflow pipe by providing the Western flush toilet bowl with an overflow drain outlet in the Western flush toilet bowl body 8 and with an S trap 5 on the connected overflow pipe.;SOLUTION: The Western flush toilet bowl has the overflow drain outlet in the Western flush toilet bowl body 8, and the S trap 5 on the connected overflow pipe, so that generation of a malodor is prevented and sewage overflowing the toilet seat is led to a sewage pipe by the overflow pipe. The mounting is inexpensive, a method of work assembly can shorten the construction period to enable even construction on an existing toilet in one day, and running maintenance cost is unnecessary.
