PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for inputting Chinese spelling which realize learning of the Chinese spelling in real time using multimedia. PSOLUTION: The apparatus for inputting Chinese with a function of learning Chinese spelling is characterized in that the apparatus has an interface function start module 100 which displays an input method (IM) interface of Chinese and outputs a message of starting learning by selecting a learning function from the IM interface, a learning material production module 200 which produces a learning material by the message of starting learning, an output display control module 300 which outputs a learning material on a display, controls a learning process and outputs a learning data storing message, a learning process storage module 400 which stores the learning process into a storage device by the learning data storing message.
