The valves d, e are opened/closed depending on whether the rotation speed is low or high, or the resistance is low or high. A passage (pipe) from the valve d to a valve e is opened/closed, and a lifting amount of the valves d, e is decreased/increased. When the number of the valve b is set at 2 and the number of the valve d is set at 1, ratio can be varied as in 1:1 or 2:1.
