PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for making reply mail by a receiver; and to allow a distributor to return communication cost corresponding to e-mail in a receiver terminal by reducing labor for making e-mail of a distributor by distributing simultaneous mail by preregistering a distribution mate, controlling distribution by obtaining unread-read information on the distributed simultaneous mail, and adding the questionnaire type reply function to the e-mail, in an electronic circulation notice method and an electronic circulation notice system.;SOLUTION: This electronic circulation notice distributing method allows a distributing server to simultaneously distribute specific information to a plurality of receiving terminals. The distributing server distributes inquiry information after receiving a reply from the receiving terminals by distributing information reception completion confirming data, and receives information on an answer to an inquiry, and calculates reply cost of the reply information and answer information for every receiving terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
