PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordered house and a design method for the ordered house having a structure excellent in earthquake resistance at a low construction cost and combined with a plurality of spaces with different areas.;SOLUTION: The orderd house is so designed that a wide main space (11) and a narrow subordinate space (12) are symmetrically arranged with the center line (2) in the vertical direction at right angles and the center line (3) in the horizontal direction as a symmetrical shaft, and that it is selected from various kinds of rooms designed in advance. The boundary between the main space (11) and the subordinate space (12) is constructed by a monocoque structure in harmony with merits of a frame structure or a framework method and a wall panel method or a structure making a braced panel as a bearing wall.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
