PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling rope for preventing an accident that while taking a middle or large type powerful dog for walking, the dog bites a person or a dog approaching near by, etc. PSOLUTION: This pulling rope (1) is constituted by installing one to several slip-stoppers (2) at optional positions. Thereby, in the case that the dog in walking acts as inflicting injury to another party, by gripping instantly the gripping rope at a position of either one of the slip stoppers (2) for stop the slip, the length of the pulling rope is secured to hold the distance to the party so as to prevent the injury to the approaching person, dog, etc. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
