PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, an equipment management device, an equipment maintenance system, an equipment maintenance method, a program and a storage medium, capable of simultaneously realizing both of sure and quick maintenance and enhanced security, by enabling change in the scope of maintenance and management as well as enabling authentication of a maintenance person or an administrator. PSOLUTION: Electronic equipment with its portion allowing for maintenance set as the scope of maintenance comprises a setting means 60 for presetting the specific scope of maintenance allowing for maintenance, an authentication means 10, 20, 30 for authenticating the maintainer of the electronic equipment, and a changing means 40 for temporarily changing the specific scope of maintenance set by the setting means in response to a change instruction upon authentication of the maintainer by the authentication means.
