PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a system in which an intermediate carrying section is put on a body paper feed table and raised, wherein sheets may be carried from the intermediate carrying section before a proper height sensor at a body paper feed section is turned on immediately after the system is connected to a printing machine and, in this case, the tip of the carried sheet abuts on/hit the front plate (to align the tip face of the loaded sheets by abutting) of the body paper feed section and is deformed, and it takes much time for the proper height sensor to be turned on.;SOLUTION: The intermediate carrying section 4 comprises a displacement means (including a paper feed filler guide member 95, a tilted member 51, and a third carrying roller 32-3) displacing the paper feed roller 111 so that the paper feed roller 111 occupies a paper feed position and displacing a paper feed filler 132 so that the the paper feed filler 132 occupies a paper feed detection position interlockingly with the movement of a mass paper feed/carrying unit 1 to a connection position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
