PRECAST REFRACTORY FOR BLAST FURNACE WALL AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING FURNACE WALL USING PRECAST REFRACTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a blast furnace wall by using a precast refractory for furnace wall of the blast furnace with which the repairing can be performed without removing a cooling panel.;SOLUTION: The precast refractory 1 for the blast furnace wall having recessed parts 2 separately fittable to at least two or more of cooling panels successively arranged in the same level and arranging fixed metals 4 for fixing to an iron shell at the facing side to the iron shell is hung down to the furnace wall repairing part from the furnace opening hole part after lowering the stock level of the charged material in the blast furnace to not higher than the furnace wall repairing part and stopping the blasting. While pulling the fixing metals from out of the furnace, the recessed parts are individually fitted to two or more of cooling panels and the fixing metals 4 are connected with the iron shell and the precast refractory for furnace wall is fixed and successively, the monolithic refractory is sprayed and formed onto the joint part between the precast refractory for furnace wall and the repaired edge part from the inside surface side of the furnace.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
