PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door from not being opened because the door is latched in the case an opening section is closed even if a lock body is only mounted on a door body to place it on the opening section of a building.;SOLUTION: The latch 6 of the lock body is prevented from being latched by using a latch fixture 11. The latch fixture 11 having latch fixed sections 13 and 130 projected to a plate-like base section 12 and the surface section of the base section can be put on the surface section of the door body 1, and the latch fixed sections 13 and 130 are so constituted that they cooperate with a latch operating section of the lock to enable the operating section to operate. In the case a handle 2 of the lock is a lever-handle or a knob, the latch 6 is pulled inside of a door side and is fixed by the latch fixture 11. Alternatively, when the lock is a push-pull lock, the inversion of the latch 6 of the push-pull lock is fixed in a free state by the latch fixture 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
