PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sugarless bean jam, strained bean jam, frozen sugarless bean jam and dried bean jam each rich in red bean flavor.;SOLUTION: The sugarless bean jam is produced through the following processes: a well-boiling process of well boiling red beans together with water; a bean jam-production process of producing bean jam from well-boiled red beans; a refining process; and a dehydration process. For producing the sugarless bean jam, soup obtained in the well-boiling process is used in at least one process of the bean jam-producing process, the refining process and the dehydration process. The strained bean jam is produced by adding saccharides to the produced sugarless bean jam, and kneading the mixture while heating it. The frozen sugarless bean jam is obtained by freezing the produced sugarless bean jam. The dried bean jam is obtained by drying the produced sugarless bean jam.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
