PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a powder sintered compact with which a fine structure of high precision formed of metal or ceramic can extremely easily be formed.;SOLUTION: The method includes a sacrificial die part forming stage where a sheet-shaped or planar sacrificial member 3 changing into a removable or separable form from a sintering material compact in a degreasing stage or a sintering stage is provided with a sacrificial die part 6 composing a part or the whole of a sintering material compacting die part. A sintering material 16 is injected into the die device including the sacrificial die part to form the sintering material compact integrated with the sacrificial member.
