PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic computation program for getting optimum contract power in a new energy hybrid power system for a plant of water management, sludge disposal, waste disposal, or the like. PSOLUTION: This program makes a computer function as a means for recording contract article data of a power company, a storage battery data recording means, a means for inputting the amount of a power demand and also setting the contract power before system introduction and a power failure compensating capacity, a means for getting the lowest contract power that the quantity of night charge power of the load exceeds the quantity of day peak cut discharge power, a means for setting N steps of values between the contract power before system introduction and the lowest contract power depending on the scale of the contract power, a means for getting the charge/discharge capacity of a storage battery in every step of N described above, a means for getting basic charge marginal profits and power charge marginal profits, a means for getting annual energy profits, a means for getting the capacity of the storage battery and the cost of the storage battery, and others.
