PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talent employment support method and a talent employment support server for supporting job hunting activities of a job hunter based on past results and achievements on side work and allowing a job offerer to surely acquire required talents with reference to the achievements of a job hunter on side work.;SOLUTION: Talent employment is supported based on the achievements on the side work of job hunters. This server has an evaluation requesting information output part 13 for transmitting information for asking for evaluation on a job seeker to his/her place of work each time information is inputted specifying the place of work where the job seeker has experienced work as to a specific job seeker, an evaluation information receiving part 14 for receiving evaluation information sent from the place of a side job based on the evaluation asking information, and an evaluation information output part 15 for transmitting the received evaluation information to a job offerer.
