PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a present can not simply be delivered unless a sender of a present knows the address of a present receiver, in purchasing a present on the Internet.;SOLUTION: An application to the present for a writer or a written message by a visitor is received; information of a present object and the visitor is confirmed by a storage device; the present cost payment to the message object is confirmed by a payment device; the visitor having completed the present to the writer or the written message is allowed to proceed to all the steps permitted by the system and including permission for sound transmission/reception for the next step, image transmission/reception, TV telephone, browsing of live broadcast, writing to a part of the written message, etc. and additionally e-mail.
