PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone system with an automatic searching function of an unspecified opposite party whereby a possessor of a mobile phone transmits a call to an unspecified number of people in the vicinity of a place wherein the possessor resides and the possessor can immediately come into contact with a target person. PSOLUTION: User terminals 100a to 100c have functions for particularizing their positions on the basis of a signal from a GPS satellite and can be connected to a network 300, and a user information server 200 is connected to the network 300. The user information server stores personal information registered by user terminal users and information about desired connection destinations which the users desire, acquires the position information of the user terminals, transmits information transmission propriety information to the user terminals when the acquired position information between the user terminals indicates a prescribed distance or shorter and the desired connection destination information that is stored between the user terminals is coincident, and when receiving a response from the user terminals with respect to the information transmission propriety information, the user information server transmits the registered personal information to an opposite user terminal.
