PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a securitization system having a risk management function for issued securities.;SOLUTION: In a credit diagnostic organization, the model of a vehicle to be diagnosed for credit is specified based on the information of the vehicle to be diagnosed (S21), and the past registration number of new vehicles of the same model as the vehicle to be diagnosed in the management area of an affiliate dealer handling the vehicle to be diagnosed is detected from a static information DWH (S22). The sales result number of the same model as the vehicle to be diagnosed is detected from a sales result DWH (S23), the detected sales result number is compared with the detected registered number to calculate the difference in number between the both (S24). Then, the validity of the sales record is determined based on the difference between the registered number computed and the recorded number of sales.
