PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton body unit and a radiator for hot water floor heating using the same, to easily perform the piping work of a long hot water heat radiating pipe having a pipe outer diameter of 10 mm or more, though the piping work can not be smoothly performed because of its coiled core set existing in the hot water heat radiating pipe and the hardness of the pipe in a conventional case.;SOLUTION: A square heat storage conducting main skeleton a is formed by using a round steel bar 1, further the round steel bar 1 is bent into the gate shape to prepare four heat storage conducting sub-skeletons b, and the heat storage conducting sub-skeletons b are welded to each side inside of the square of the heat storage conducting main skeleton a to constitute the skeleton body unit. The plurality of skeleton body units are connected, a surface floor base 11 is accommodated in a floor base accommodating chamber 6, a hot water heat radiating pipe 13 is arranged in the pipe conduit chamber 7 through the surface floor base 11, a pipe guide pole 3 and further a radiating pipe stopper 4, and a surface floor material 14 is fixed to the surface floor base 11 to constitute the radiator.
