PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply check software information or the like of electronic equipment connected to a customer's network.;SOLUTION: A network repeater 200 acquires attached element information of electronic apparatus and transmits the attached element information to a management site server device 100. Then the management site server device 100 stores the transmitted attached element information in a storage device of the server device 100. The server device 100 acquires the attached element information of the electronic apparatus connected to the customer's network from the storage means of the server device 100 and transmits the acquired attached element information of the electronic apparatus to an information reading terminal from which a reading request is transmitted.
