PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing the incidence of an entry error in an entry form by handwriting and thereby preventing a business loss conventionally generated by the entry error from occurring. PSOLUTION: In the system 500 for judging entry suitability equipped with the entry form 10 and a data entry pen 100, the entry form 10 has an IC chip 20 recording a ciphered entry rule to the entry form 10. The data entry pen 100 has a rule reading part 102 which reads the entry rule from the IC chip 20 and an entry suitability judging part 106 which obtains entry data to be written to the entry form 10 and judges whether the entry data complies with the entry rule.
