PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opinion extraction device, opinion extraction method and opinion extraction program capable of providing high precision in the determination of positive, negative or neutral evaluation of an opinion based on a precise structural model of the opinion, and extracting also the property of an object that is the base of the evaluation for the opinion. PSOLUTION: An opinion element storage means 3 registers a first notation assembly capable of showing the object, a second notation assembly capable of showing the viewpoint of the evaluation for the object, a third notation assembly capable of showing the property of the object for the viewpoint, and a fourth notation assembly capable of showing the positive, negative or neutral evaluation for the object. An opinion element collation means 4 collates an input text with the notation assemblies registered in the opinion element storage means.
