PURPOSE: To obtain a medicine for treating patients which suffer from disease condition characterized by insufficient PI3-kinase activity, containing agonist nullifying a specific sequence of PI3 kinase. ;CONSTITUTION: An antibody specifically binding to DRHNSN sequence of a main subunit of PI3-kinase or a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to DRHNSN sequence is preferably used.
