PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively display an object that a user requests in a three- dimensional virtual space generated by computer graphics. SOLUTION: A next-display-state determination part 21 determines a next display state by using user operation information obtained from a user operation management part 12. An attribute relation determination part 23 determines attribute relation such as inclusion relation of both a current display state and the next display state based on the both states. A current display state storage part 24 stores visual effect history information which was used in the past and the current display state. A visual effect setting part 25 sets visual effect for making switching from the current screen display to a next screen display appear to be smooth based on the attribute relation and visual effect history information to output state switching control information to a three- dimensional space visualization part 13.
