PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens of examiners in an inspection facility and stabilize analysis preparation work etc. since a service company implements a procuration of the analysis preparation work etc. implemented in the inspection facility through a communication means. PSOLUTION: A system has the inspection facility for implementing inspection business using an automatic analysis apparatus etc., the service company for obtaining information such as data of an operation state of the automatic analysis apparatus etc. through a communication line in real time and implementing service business for analyzing, diagnosing and maintaining various data and a means for timely communicating between a plurality of the examiners for analyzing in the inspection facility. In the system, the service company implements the procuration for preparing an analysis prior to initiation of analysis work in the facility, remotely supports the procuration for confirming cell cleaning and basic operation of the automatic analysis apparatus through the communication line and reports work for preparing the analysis and finished work to the examiners after analysis business is finished.
