PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open type tide/ocean wave type water circulation device capable of circulating/mixing deep water and surface water in low costs by making use of tide/wave energy in the sea or a lake where water is apt to stagnate. PSOLUTION: The open type tide/ocean wave type water circulation device is provided with one or more riser tubes erected/fixed in the water, a partition dividing the inside of the riser tube into the upper and lower portions, a water stream hole formed in the partition, and a riser valve provided in a state of closing the water stream hole.
