PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can accept a reservation smoothly, can manage the appointments collectively and can provide notification to a shop.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a management server which is installed in a center or the like of a beauty parlor for viewing, managing or the like of information, and a reservation center system which accepts a call from a customer who wants to make a reservation. On receiving communication from a customer for making a reservation through a communication line, in the reservation center system, customer identification information data are received and the management server transmits data on the corresponding customer who wants to make a reservation to the reservation center system. The data on the customer who wants to make a reservation which are received from the management server are displayed on a display means provided in the reservation center system, whereat reservation data are inputted and transmitted to the management server. In the management server, a database including a customer table, a shop table, a staff table, a charge table and a reservation table is referred to, the reservation data are stored and transmitted to a terminal device of the shop.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
