PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a user to receive a judgement of a professional having technical knowledge, a judgement that is more suitable to his/her own health condition without being constrained by a distance condition. PSOLUTION: A user (patient) terminal 2, a professional (physician) terminal 3 and a server 1 are connected for bidirectional communication through a communication network 6. The user accumulates information about his/her own heath conditions and the professional accumulates information about his/her own special field in the server 1 separately. When the user requests a decision (diagnosis) about his/her own health condition from the user terminal 2, the server 11 extracts a professional of a special field that is suitable to the health condition of the user and connects the user terminal 2 with the professional's terminal 3 for bidirectional communication.
