PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management quality control system and its method allowing to select a business management plan for maximizing a stockholder value while paying attention to persons interested with the degree of importance decided by an entrepreneur by formulating a quality indicator quantifying the request of each of the persons interested in the enterprise or the request of each of the persons interested in the business conducted by the enterprise. PSOLUTION: The request of each of the persons interested is quantified by establishing and inputting the request of each of the persons interested; using the database of financial data constructing the enterprise desirable for each of the persons interested and non-financial data; and using the quality indicator formulated by statistical analysis. In addition, the business management plan for maximizing the stockholder value based on a general quality indicator is selected by establishing and inputting a plurality of business management plans; predicting the business management plans, including a profit, an economic added value, and the like by a simulation in accordance with the inputted business management plans; and obtaining the general quality indicator weighted with the degree of importance of each of the persons interested.
