PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a data stream sending apparatus to output an original data stream while utilizing a data stream distributed from the other data stream sending apparatus.;SOLUTION: A decision list storage part 102 stores a selection list describing whether a received data broadcast program element is to be included in its own data stream, and a replacement list or the like for replacing the data broadcast program element with its own produced program element. A separation deciding part 103 separates a packet from a received data stream, refers to the selection list and notifies a replacing/compositing part 104 of a packet to be included in its own data stream. Further, when there is a data broadcast program element to be replaced, the separation deciding part 103 similarly notifies the replacing/compositing part 104 of the element.
